We cover every town and village on the island. No matter where you are, we will come to you with our professional equipment and give you a free quote.
Based in Newport, we are centrally located to reach any part of the Isle of Wight quickly. Here are some of the areas we regularly work in.
As our home base, Newport is where we do the most work. From the older properties around Carisbrooke and the town centre to the newer estates on the outskirts, we know the area well. Newport driveways and patios tend to suffer from heavy traffic staining and moss build-up, especially in the shaded residential streets off the main roads.
We also cover the surrounding villages of Carisbrooke, Arreton, Rookley, and Godshill. If you are anywhere in the central part of the island, we can usually get to you the same week.
Ryde's Victorian and Edwardian properties often have beautiful tile paths, stone steps, and paved areas that look stunning when cleaned but quickly deteriorate in the salt air. The east coast of the Isle of Wight gets more wind-driven salt spray, which accelerates algae growth on walls and render.
We regularly work in Ryde, Seaview, Nettlestone, St Helens, Bembridge, and Brading. Seaview properties in particular benefit from regular soft washing of exterior walls to keep the render looking fresh.
Cowes and East Cowes are exposed to the Solent weather, which means exterior surfaces take a hammering. Render goes green fast, driveways pick up salt deposits, and gutters fill up with debris from the coastal winds. Regular cleaning is essential for properties near the waterfront.
We cover Cowes, East Cowes, Fishbourne, Whippingham, Wootton, and Binstead. The ferry terminal area in particular sees a lot of traffic grime on nearby properties that responds well to pressure washing.
Shanklin and Sandown are popular residential areas with a mix of older character properties and modern estates. The Undercliff area between Shanklin and Ventnor is one of the dampest parts of the island, which means moss and algae grow rapidly on patios, driveways, and decking.
We regularly clean surfaces in Shanklin, Sandown, Lake, and the surrounding villages. Many of our repeat customers in this area have us back every 12 months to keep on top of the growth.
Ventnor is built into the hillside, which means many properties have steep driveways, terraced gardens, and tiered patio areas that are tricky to maintain. The south-facing slopes get more sun than the rest of the island, but the sheltered position also traps moisture, creating ideal conditions for algae.
We work in Ventnor, Niton, Wroxall, Whitwell, and Chale. We are comfortable working on sloped and terraced surfaces and have the equipment to handle difficult access.
West Wight has some of the most exposed properties on the island. Freshwater, Totland, and Yarmouth catch the prevailing south-westerly winds, which drive rain and salt spray into exterior walls, fences, and paving. This makes regular exterior cleaning especially important for maintaining the appearance and condition of your home.
We cover the whole of West Wight including Freshwater, Totland, Yarmouth, Brighstone, Calbourne, and Shorwell. We bring all our water and equipment with us, so even rural properties with no mains pressure are no problem.
